It’s World Rabies Day! Here is a flashback to Dr. Angie’s last trip to Africa where she aided the local veterinary team in vaccinating village dogs. These people walked, biked and hiked miles just to get to the vaccine clinic that day. Rabies is a deadly zoonotic disease meaning people can suffer from the virus too when they have come into contact with infected animals.

Does your cat hate loading into the carrier or run for the hills when they see it emerge from the closet?

It was a long day for our crew, but it was definitely one for the books! Dr. Madison, Dr. Lyric, Dr. Brooke & Amelia took on the birthing center at the OK State Fair! There were 16 piglets and 4 kids born today. These are just a few of the critters you’ll find if you stop by the fair the rest of the week. A big thanks to all of our clients for understanding our absence so we can give back to our agriculture community by teaching the public on a large platform!
