🐾 BIG NEWS FROM KREPPS LEGACY BOXERS! 🐾

I have been pretty quiet lately and haven’t shared a lot of information, but now that everything is finalized, I am SO excited to finally share our newest addition! ❤️

We are incredibly excited to welcome our male from Serbia to the Krepps Legacy Boxers program! 🇷🇸🐾

As you can see from his banner, he has earned several titles and comes from a beautiful line of champions on both his dam’s and sire’s sides. Even more importantly, he has been cared for and deeply loved by a wonderful family who has trusted me with this special boy.

I cannot thank Aleksandar Jovic enough for the communication throughout this entire process—the pictures, updates, and patience in answering all of my many questions. That trust means so much to me.

We believe this boy is going to be an amazing addition to the future of Krepps Legacy Boxers, and we are especially excited as we anticipate Goldie coming into season within the next month or two! ❤️

Goldie and our new boy will produce a 100% European pairing from imported bloodlines, and we cannot wait to see what these two produce.

Most importantly, we believe in breeding with health and purpose. Both Goldie and our male have completed genetic testing as well as cardiac testing, including echocardiograms and Holter monitoring. Our male has also completed his hip and spondylosis evaluations.

Any puppies produced from this planned pairing will be placed strictly as family companions with no breeding rights. Our goal is to produce beautiful, healthy, well-socialized Boxers that will be treasured members of their families.

This has been something we have been working toward quietly for quite some time, and I am beyond excited that I can finally share it.

The future of Krepps Legacy Boxers is looking pretty amazing. 🐾❤️🇷🇸

🐾 A SHOUTOUT TO THE BREEDER HUSBANDS 🐾

To the men who thought they were marrying a dog lover…

…and somehow ended up married to a full-time kennel operator, part-time veterinarian, amateur geneticist, professional p**p inspector, and overnight puppy ICU nurse. 😂

Thank you for putting up with:

🏠 The house slowly becoming a kennel
🧺 Laundry that consists primarily of dog blankets
🧼 Cleaning supplies in every room
🐕 Dogs on the couch, dogs in the bed, dogs everywhere
📦 Random boxes of crates, whelping supplies, supplements, grooming equipment, and Amazon delivery piles so large you’re afraid to ask about the bank account

🐾 “Don’t let them outside, she’s in heat.”
🐾 “Can you hold this puppy while I weigh the other one?”
🐾 “I need you to help me take stacked photos. It'll only take like FIVE minutes, I swear” ✨LIES✨
🐾 "Let's drive 8 hours this weekend to the handler's house. We'll make it FUN!"
🐾 “WATCH YOUR STEP THE PUPPY JUST PEED.”
🐾 “You can go if you want. I have to stay home with the puppies.” 🤦‍♀️

Thank you for accepting that the guest room may never actually have guests again. They stopped coming 😅 They know better. ✨🐾 Seat's taken 🐾✨

Thank you for not counting dogs 🫣

Thank you for helping build kennels, clean kennels, fix kennels, move kennels, and occasionally questioning why there are now MORE kennels.

Thank you for listening to progesterone numbers like you actually know and care what they mean.

Thank you for late-night emergency runs, 3 a.m. whelping assistance, vet trips that require you to pretend you know what you're talking about (even if you call your wife and ask what dog you're holding and why they had an appt again), and the occasional frantic:

“BABE, I THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG" when it turns out absolutely nothing is wrong 😅

And most importantly…

Thank you for understanding that when your wife says, “We’re keeping one,” what she really means is:

“Please clear some space in the house.” 😂

You may not understand why we do it.

You may occasionally/often 😅 wonder if we've completely lost our minds.

But you still show up.

You still help.

And you still love us—even when there are 47 dogs in your living room and you haven’t sat on your own couch in six months. 😂

Welcome to Krepps Legacy Boxers

Hello, and welcome!

My name is Shelly Krepps, and I am the owner and breeder behind Krepps Legacy Boxers, located in South Carolina.

My passion is preserving and improving the European Boxer through ethical breeding practices, health testing, and early socialization. Every puppy is raised in my home, where they are exposed to everyday household sounds, different environments, and people of all ages. From the very beginning, they receive daily handling, early neurological stimulation, and are introduced to potty training to help them transition smoothly into their new families.

I am 49 years old, a wife, mother of three, and proud grandmother of four, with another grandchild expected in October. In addition to breeding, I am also the owner and director of a full-day preschool, where I have spent years nurturing and educating young children. That experience has reinforced my belief that patience, consistency, and early socialization are essential for helping both children and puppies grow into confident, well-adjusted individuals.

The health and well-being of my dogs are my highest priority. Every sire and dam is thoroughly health tested before breeding, including:

* Echocardiogram (Echo)
* 24-hour Holter monitoring
* ARVC genetic testing
* Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) genetic testing

My goal is simple: to produce healthy, well-socialized European Boxers with exceptional temperaments and to place them in loving, lifelong homes. I believe every puppy deserves the perfect family, and every family deserves a healthy, happy companion.
