CJ's Elite Taxidermy

It's officially muzzleloader season! I hope everyone is out there enjoying this amazing morning! I hope your massive target buck steps out at just the right time and I hope your shot is straight and the kill is swift! Goodluck to everyone out there getting it done this morning or just enjoying some time in nature!

As always, I'd love to help you preserve the memory of your hunt! Give me a call for any questions you may have or to setup drop off!

Talk about a gorgeous day to open the door and work on some hides! The next couple months I'll be focused more on caping, fleshing, and tanning hides as they come in! I'll still be getting some mounts complete here and there, but keeping hides tanned helps prevent me from getting behind! So just know when your coming to drop off, there will probably be a few gorgeous buckets around the shop, please excuse the mess, but its part of taxidermy if you tan your own hides!

What an amazing and BUSY weekend we had! Clint and I finished it off working up some elk meat together. ( I'm there, you can just barely see me😅). After 2 days of birthday parties, it's time to get back to it!

We have new hats! A huge Thank You to Sadie Thompson for getting them done for me! They look great! I also have the cutest little model who loves a good hat!💙💚

I know it's already Tuesday (even though I have thought it was Monday all day🫠), but I hope everyone had a wonderful 1st weekend of Oklahoma bow season! We've definitely been busy! It's always exciting to see everyone's harvest and hear everyone's stories! As always, feel to call if you need anything! We'd love to help preserve your memory for a lifetime!
Also, I rarely let lil man in the shop, but when he wakes up from his nap right when a customer comes to drop off he gets to come see the deer too😄 and he LOVES it! I just love to hear him say 'MAMA, BIG BUCK!' over and over. 😅
