Apparently, even a spa day isn’t safe from unexpected visitors! 😂🛁🐾

Copper had some very special visitors today. Some of his favorite friends from school! ❤️ They stopped by the grooming bus to watch him get his bath and, of course, sneak in a few pets.

We’re pretty sure Copper thinks this is the BEST kind of spa day… because what’s better than getting pampered AND getting surprise visits from your favorite kids?! 🥹🐶💕

We love this sweet therapy dog and the joy he brings everywhere he goes! 🐾❤️

Apparently everyone needs a mascot these days, so obviously The Mobile Grooming Pawlor needed two. 💁‍♀️

🦊 Erika = The Fox Behind the Pawlor
The fox just made sense. Clever, strategic, always thinking three steps ahead, solving problems behind the scenes, keeping things running, and somehow juggling approximately 47 things at once. 😂 A little sassy, a little polished, and always figuring out a way to make things work.

🦝 Rachelle= The Grooming Raccoon
This one might be even more accurate. 😂 Rachelle is the one out there in the trenches every day—working hard, getting dirty, dealing with the chaos, and somehow making it all look easy. Tough, determined, slightly mischievous, and covered in dog hair by the end of the day. 🖤

So basically…

🦊 The Fox handles the behind-the-scenes chaos.
🦝 The Raccoon handles the dog chaos. 😂

Together, we’re just trying to keep The Mobile Grooming Pawlor rolling one paw at a time. 🐾💗

🐾 A Little Scheduling Reminder from The Mobile Grooming Pawlor 🐾

We know life happens. Kids get sick, plans change, emergencies come up, and we truly understand! ❤️

Because our schedule is booked well in advance, same-day cancellations can be extremely difficult to fill. Some clients are waiting weeks for an opening, so we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

And don’t forget that reminder text! 📱🐶
Two days before your appointment, we’ll send you a reminder with a CONFIRM button. Please click it! ✔️ It lets us know you’re still planning to make it and gives us a chance to address any changes ahead of time.

We truly hope we never have to consider adding a cancellation fee. We know that unexpected things happen, and we want to be understanding when they do. ❤️ We just ask that you help us by giving as much notice as possible when you need to make a change.

Two days out = check your text + hit CONFIRM! ✔️🐾

🐾🤍 ONE YEAR.

One year ago, The Mobile Grooming Pawlor became ours, and somehow, here we are celebrating a whole year of this crazy, wonderful adventure. 🥹

There have been long days, unexpected challenges, A LOT of dog hair 😂, and more memories than we could have imagined. But there have also been so many happy pups, wagging tails, amazing clients, and moments that remind us exactly why we love what we do.

To our clients, thank you will never feel like enough. Thank you for trusting us with your babies, welcoming us into your lives, supporting our small business, recommending us to your friends and family, and continuing to choose us. Every appointment, kind message, review, tip, share, and word of encouragement has meant more than you know. ❤️

And most of all, thank you, Rachelle. 🐾❤️
This past year wouldn’t have been possible without you. You bring so much talent, patience, dedication, and heart to every single dog you groom. I am so grateful for everything you do and for everything you bring to The Pawlor. Watching you love what you do and care for every pup like they’re your own is something I’m incredibly proud of.
