Not that I wanted to do this, but I'm being left no choice...
As many of you know, I own a pet transport business. Yes, I transport pets and other animals all over North America and have been doing so for about seven years.
I came across Rob Fraser, a guy who was very new to pet transporting. He was doing a lot of things wrong and illegal. I figured I would try to help him get on the right path to at least operate legal.
Long story short... after almost two years of a "friendship" I started to learn who he really was. He's a convicted s*x predator who currently stays with his family near Lancaster. PA. He lived in Florida for some time where he had s*x with a 15 yr old girl ( admitting knowing she was underage) while he was 20 something. He said "She was promiscuous so she deserved it".
That was pretty much the end of our friendship. I still tried to be nice to him as an acquaintance but it wasn't easy. He constantly operates his business with immoral standards. I reluctantly and regretfully gave him some of my customers, trusting he would learn and again, trying to help him out.
Time and time again, he failed.
A few months ago, he agreed to do a transport for a close friend. The pup was in his care for 7 days... on a trip that should have taken no more than four days, maximum. The pup arrived starved and dehydrated. ( see the pics)
DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING!
Then, he agreed to do a transport from Nashville, TN to Miami, FL. He took a $450 deposit ( which is unethical and completely against my business practices). He contacted the owner three days prior to picking up the cat and mentioned that he wasn't going to make the agreed upon pick up time because of a snow storm that hit the Northeast. The owner was in a bind and had to cancel because of Rob's uncertain logistic issues. The owner requested the deposit to be refunded and I agreed with the owner.
Rob gave multiple excuses as to why he didn't have the money to refund the customer. He kept saying "I'll have it tomorrow"... well, tomorrow came and went. After almost four months, I was finally able to convince Rob to pay me and I would refund the customer, which he did, and I immediately refunded the customer.
Needless to say, myself and my pet transport business will NEVER be doing business with Rob again. There are many other ethical issues that had happened during the past two years with him but I won't air them out here.
This post is to serve as a warning and an apology to any of my FB friends who are past or future customers of mine.

* I do not recommend Rob Fraser, AOT Pet Transport, or whatever new name he tries to operate under.
Because of his attempt to steal the deposit money from the customer, and others, my account with CitizenShipper is permanently banned. I trusted him and now I have to be the 9ne to pay the consequences. It's just not fair.
I hope to make sure he never scams anyone again and no more animals have to suffer while he's responsible for them.
Oh, he also lost a customer's cat because of broken equipment he used. More evidence to show how irresponsible he is.
