Misty Pines Customer Appreciation Week Recap
Customer Appreciation Week at Misty Pines is always one of our favorite times of year — a chance to celebrate the families who trust us with their pets, to give back with fun surprises, and to come together as a community. This year’s event was filled with giveaways, special activities, and an incredible outpouring of support for our beneficiary, Animal Lifeline Pittsburgh.
Throughout the week, clients enjoyed daily coupons for free services, Furrever Friends thank‑you treats, and a variety of healthy dog snacks. Humans weren’t left out either — we offered free drinks and snacks every day at drop‑off and pick‑up, along with Misty Pines branded giveaways. Our Double Daycare Punch Card Days ran all week long and were a huge hit.
The raffle baskets were a major highlight, featuring generous donations from local businesses and pet product companies. Raffle ticket sales directly benefited Animal Lifeline Pittsburgh, and thanks to your enthusiasm and generosity, we raised $1,423 — the largest raffle total we’ve ever achieved.
Saturday’s celebration brought the community together in an even bigger way. Animal Lifeline joined us from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with dogs available for adoption. Lunch began at 11:00 a.m., followed by an exciting police K9 demonstration at noon featuring:

Their presentation was a crowd favorite and added something truly special to the day.
We want to extend our thanks to every client who visited throughout the week, participated in Saturday’s event, purchased raffle tickets, or simply shared in the celebration.
