Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Seville Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our growing team!
We are looking for a dependable team player who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
Qualifications
• Must be a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
• Minimum 1 year of veterinary technician experience
• AviMark experience preferred, but not required
• Must be a fast learner and willing to learn new procedures and systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy hospital environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to patients and excellent service to clients
Responsibilities
• Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
• Provide compassionate and attentive patient care
• Obtain and process laboratory samples
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
• Monitor patients during procedures and recovery
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Educate clients regarding patient care and treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment
• Assist with the daily operations of the veterinary hospital as needed
