I have my first batch of shirts! I have not been super happy selling shirts on bonfire so I’m going to try to do things a little different. I designed and had printed 50 shirts as a trial run. I can mail them, you can pick them up if your local, I may even deliver a few personally.

Treetop Tree Service is doing great! We have been getting jobs done and have been saving to buy more equipment. We have added some very skilled and helpful people to our roster and also some equipment to be more productive. Now that I have help I can get caught up on giving quotes! I should have named my organization Treetop Cat Services. Having the word rescue in the name causes people to get the wrong idea about what I do and I daily get texts, calls, and even emails from people asking me to take in kittens and cats. Unfortunately, I am not that kind of rescue. I don’t have the means of taking in cats and caring for them and vetting them and adopting them out. That’s not what I do and I don’t want any part of that side of rescues. I don’t have the heart for it. I get attached very easy, I can’t stand to watch animals suffer, I can’t handle the heartbreak if an animal in my care died, I just couldn’t do it. I have a ton of respect and admiration for the people who do. If saving a cat stuck in a tree makes you a hero, then working at a normal animal rescue makes you a saint.

With all that being said, please do not contact me about taking in or finding homes for cats. I’m not that kind of rescue and all I can do is give you a list of rescues for you to call. I wish I could help, but I have to focus on doing tree work and saving cats stuck in trees.

Heading to Cleveland to save a cat that got into a fight with a pit bull. I’m told the cat is injured and needs help. I’ll stream when I get there! Wish me luck!
