If you have a cat stuck in a tree, PLEASE call me. Don’t email, don’t private message, don’t text, CALL me. I don’t check my email every day and I don’t always see Facebook messages right away. Texting works but for a quick response, call me. The earlier in the day I know the better. I plan my days to do tree work. As calls for cats come in I move my schedule around. When I get calls at 8pm it’s hard to get there before it gets dark. Until I get a lift I can really only rescue during light hours. Climbing in the dark is dangerous and I prefer to do things the safe way. I can’t take 1% chances. I do a lot of rescues.

If your going to text me, text your address, how long kitty has been up there, if you know who it belongs to, and send me a picture of the tree or kitty in the tree so I better understand the situation.

Because I get asked all the time, I do not charge. I do accept donations, but I do not charge. I appreciate when people donate towards fuel and my time, but I will never say no to anyone because of money. Cats don’t carry large wallets and purses so I get it. Hugs and kitty cuddles are also an acceptable form of payment lol.

I will travel up to 2 hours from Cleveland. I don’t care what state, I don’t care what direction besides north because Lake Erie doesn’t have any cool trees.

I record all rescues. I don’t post any personal information or names or addresses or anything like that, just what I see while I’m rescuing.

When I rescue a cat and cannot find the owner or it doesn’t have one, I take it to one of many rescues.
If I rescue a cat and I notice signs of neglect or inhumane conditions, I’m taking the cat. I will always do what’s best for animals.

I don’t answer to anyone but God. I do what’s right regardless of what people think, say, or do. If I have to, not only will I break the law to save animals, I’ll enjoy it.

Heading to Ashtabula again today to save a cat….thats right you guess it, in a tree lol! Kitty has been up there for a few days now and I’m sure it will be happy to be reunited with its owner. I should be there around 6:30 assuming traffic isn’t too crazy. I will stream the rescue live like always! Wish me luck!

Well today was fun lol. First I saved a cat way out east in Ashtabula. Once that cat was safe I headed back to Cleveland where I saved another kitty in the west park area. The first rescue was smooth but the second was a bit crazy. The second cat was way up at the top of a tree. It took a lot to gather the guts to climb up that high but like a sucker I did it lol. A few years ago I probably would have given up or found a way to rent a lift. I’m glad saving cats has pushed me to climb higher and out farther then I’m usually comfortable with.
