We don’t usually address internal matters publicly, but I feel it’s important to say something.
Following a recent staffing change, false statements are being made by a former employee regarding treatment and pay, which are simply not true. Out of respect for everyone involved, we won’t discuss private employment details here.
What I can say is that I take great pride in maintaining a healthy, respectful work environment, and I’m grateful to have had team members who have stayed with us anywhere from 11 to 17 years.
I’m honestly embarrassed that this even has to be addressed, but our clients and community mean too much to us to let misinformation go unanswered.
We truly appreciate your continued support and trust—it means everything to us.
