We understand that life happens, and we always do our best to accommodate our clients. However, as a mobile grooming service, our day is carefully planned with appointment times, travel routes, and scheduling designed to provide each pet with the individualized care they deserve.
When a client is not home, arrives late, or is unavailable at their scheduled appointment time, it can affect not only that appointment but every pet scheduled after yours. Because we travel directly to each home, even small delays can impact our entire route for the day. For this reason, we have a late arrival and missed appointment policy in place.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have an even greater impact on a mobile grooming business. Not only do they leave unused appointment times that could have been offered to another pet, but they also result in lost travel time, fuel costs, and income for our groomers.
