This event is a benefit market for Friends of Strays Animal Shelter and will feature indoor and outdoor vendors with local art, pet items and more.
FOS is such a great pet rescue located in St. Pete. I’ve fostered with them for several years and they do great work for community pets. Come out and support this local group.
I have lots of catnip beds, pet toys, keychains and more. I will make a donation out of sales at the end of the event so come do some shopping!

🚨📣 Announcement 📣🚨
Last but not least, we couldn’t forget about Trudy! So today she declares that it shall be known as “Tortie Thursday” aka “Trudy Thursday”.
Do you have a tortie cat? Share a pic below! 👇⬇️⬇️

Fun facts about Trudy -
📆 Age - she is turning 3 years old tomorrow! (September 4). We adopted her from Pinellas County Animal Services when she was a couple of months old. She was in a group of 4 foster kittens I had, and she was the last one left at the shelter for adoption. I went to visit her and she came home to live with us permanently. 🥰
🐱 Nickname - Boo boo
🧸 Favorite toy - she loves to play with springs! She will chase them around and carry them in her mouth.
🏥 Shortly after we adopted her, she started to develop ulcers in her eyes and couldn’t open them. After some investigation, we discovered that she has Feline Herpes. This manifests as eye ulcers, discharge, and runny/sneezy nose. She received treatment from an ophthalmologist, and has been in remission since. This medical condition is what inspired me to start .4paws
I needed to raise money for her treatment, and this was around the time I was learning to sew. I started creating cat toys and beds and it turned into something great! Now I try to give back to local shelters/pets as much as possible.
🐾 Trudy is a dilute/muted tortie. Instead of the classic black and dark orange, her coloring is gray and peach. She still has every bit of the “tortie-tude” lol
🐈 Favorite pastime - playing with springs, eating 😹

We love you Trudy! ❤️😻🐾❤️
(I love to see all the beautiful variations of tortie colors, so share a pic of your cat below ⬇️ )
