New and returning clients:
If you have not given me updated records for your pet(s) files, please bring a printed copy or email me them to print out. I also have a new waiver and profile sheet to fill out for your pet(s) file, so if you have not filled those out yet either please ask me at your next visit! If you are NEW, you MUST bring proof of vaccines to the appt or we will have to reschedule! Please send proof of vaccines PRIOR to double check that you have all the correct vaccines. I have had numerous new clients think they have all the vaccines and don’t. Please don’t waste your appt slot or my openings if you do not have proof or all the vaccines. I DO NOT TAKE PUPPY BOOKS AS PROOF- IT HAS TO BE A VACCINE REPORT FROM YOUR VET!
Vaccines required:
-Rabies
-Distemper
-Bordetella (kennel cough)
