Right now, our rescue owes $4,500 in veterinary expenses, and until we can get that balance down, we are forced to pause taking in new medical cases.

Meet Sir Hopsalot and Charmin. đŸ©ș✹

At only 4 weeks old, Sir Hopsalot was found with his front leg broken completely in half. He was rushed in for an emergency appointment, and the heartbreaking decision was made to amputate that same night. Despite everything, this little guy is already learning how to zoom around life on three legs like he invented it himself.

Charmin came to us at just 4 weeks old suffering from severe diarrhea that caused a re**al prolapse. He also needed emergency veterinary care immediately. Thanks to treatment, he is now doing wonderfully. Charmin is also missing half of a back leg and will eventually require an amputation of his own.

These kittens are alive, healing, and getting a chance at happy futures because people like you stepped up when they needed help most.

But emergency care adds up fast. X-rays. Surgery. Medications. Hospital stays. Follow-up care. The bills don’t stop, even when the crisis passes.

If you are able to donate, share, or help in any way, it would mean everything to us and the animals still waiting for rescue. Every single dollar helps us continue saying “yes” to kittens like Sir Hopsalot and Charmin instead of “we can’t afford to help.”

How has Tommy been with us for 10 MONTHS without being scooped up yet?! We genuinely do not understand it because this boy is pure fun wrapped in fur. 🧡

Tommy is the kind of cat who turns every toy into an Olympic sport and every human into his best friend. He is ridiculously playful, incredibly lovable, and would thrive in a home with another playful feline buddy who can match his energy and zoomie enthusiasm.

Now, full disclosure from Tommy himself: sometimes during playtime he gets a little too excited and hands out tiny love nips. Not mean. Not aggressive. Just Tommy being Tommy. It’s part of his goofy charm, but because of that we think he’d do best in a home without very small children.

If you’ve volunteered at the condos and met Tommy, tell everyone in the comments how awesome he is because we KNOW there are Tommy fan clubs out there. 📣

3-month-old siblings Bond & Anya are looking for their furrever home. They are both super lovable, excellent couch companions and just purr on & on. Meet Asher đŸŸ

Asher didn’t start life as a pampered house cat—but you’d never know it by the way he melts into your lap now.

This handsome former street cat likely had a home once. He found his way to a local apartment complex where, unneutered and just trying to survive, he got caught up in tomcat battles with other outdoor cats. The result was a tough life, visible battle wounds, and a diagnosis of FIV+. In other words—Asher was doing exactly what unfixed cats are forced to do: fight for territory, safety, and survival.

When we stepped in to TNR him (yes, that little ear tip tells his story!), we discovered something surprising—Asher isn’t a hardened street cat at all. He’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and absolutely devoted to people. Sending him back outside just wasn’t an option.

Now safe in foster care, Asher is healing beautifully—inside and out. He’s litter box trained, adjusting well to indoor life, and even seems to get along with other cats. But his true passion? Being a full-time lap cat. If you sit down, he’s already on his way.

Asher is a talker, too. He’ll happily “chat” with you about his day (and probably his past adventures), soaking up every bit of attention you’re willing to give. He would thrive in a home where someone is around often—he’s the perfect companion for someone wanting a constant, loving presence, or even a potential therapy cat.

Now, let’s talk about one of Asher’s quirks—his “love bites.” When he’s especially content (or doesn’t want cuddle time to end), he may gently nip to say, “Hey, don’t go!” It’s not aggression—just Asher communicating in his own way. His foster is working with him on this, but because of it, he’d do best in a home without small children and with someone who understands cat behavior.

Asher has fought hard for a second chance at life—and now all he wants is a soft place to land, a warm lap, and a human to call his own.

Moon and Shadow are still looking for their perfect families. They’ve been at the PetSmart condos for a few weeks, but sometimes by happenstance, the condos don’t always lead to adoptions for some kitties. They’ve made plenty of friends, both human and feline, but they’d really love to find homes of their own.

Moon is 8, female. Shadow is 2, male. They are mom and son but are actually NOT bonded, meaning they will be perfectly fine being adopted separately!
