💟 Hello clients! Just wanted to pop on here to share some reminders and existing policies pertaining to our lesson program!
🟣 Students should arrive 5-10 minutes PRIOR to lesson start time to ensure they receive a FULL 60 minutes of my time (this does not mean 60 minutes of ride time).
* If you arrive more than 15 minutes early it is likely I will be unavailable and still coaching in the previous lesson.
🟣 If you arrive 15 minutes late the lesson will automatically be canceled and result in a forfeited lesson.
🟣 We have an extremely strict cancellation policy: Cancelations in LESS THAN 24 hour notice (for any reason) result in a FORFEITED lesson. I cannot refill that spot!
🟣 Our winter cancellation policy states as long as it’s stays 25 degrees or above inside the barn and arena (not outside temps), lessons will remain in session. Unless there is inclement weather making the roads unsafe to travel, lessons will remain in session.
🟣 Lessons must be scheduled within 1 year from purchase date. Absolutely NO REFUNDS.
🟣 If you do not get a REMINDER message from me one day before the scheduled lesson, I do NOT have you scheduled. I run a very tight, busy schedule. These reminder texts ensure that we both have the same days/times written down! So if you believe you’re scheduled in the next 24 hours and you do not hear from me, please reach out so we may resolve the scheduling conflict!
