🚨 PUPPY FOOD NEEDED! 🐶❤️

Heartland Pet Rescue suddenly has 10 hungry little mouths to feed, and we could really use our community’s help!

We especially need the SMALL BAGS of puppy food on our Amazon Wish List. Why small bags? We want to send each puppy home with the food they’re used to when they are adopted. 🏡🐾

🐶 TEN PUPPIES. TEN FUTURE FAMILIES. ❤️

It’s official — Heartland Pet Rescue has 10 adorable puppies getting ready to find their forever homes! 🐾🐾🐾

They are 4 weeks old now, and we already have a deposit on ONE! That means 9 little ones are still looking for their perfect matches. ❤️

These babies will be ready to go home after their second set of puppy shots.

🐾 Adoption fee: $300
The adoption fee includes their puppy vaccinations and spay/neuter.

🐾 A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an approved puppy.

🐾 A spay/neuter contract is required.

🐾❤️ WHAT A WONDERFUL NIGHT FOR HEARTLAND! ❤️🐾

A HUGE thank you to Secret Gardens Winery for hosting Dog Days of Summer and welcoming Heartland Pet Rescue with open arms! 🍷🐶

It was such a fun evening filled with dogs, families, friends, laughter and an incredible amount of community support.

We are so grateful to everyone who stopped by to meet our dogs, brought much-needed food and supplies, dropped a donation into our jar, or simply took the time to learn more about Heartland. Every bag of food, every dollar and every kind word makes a difference. ❤️

And a very special thank you to our Heartland Pet Rescue volunteers! You helped transport dogs, set everything up, handle our four-legged guests, talk with potential adopters, keep things running smoothly and then pack it all back up again. We couldn’t do events like this without you. 🐾

One of our favorite parts was seeing the kids interacting with the dogs—and even a little guitar lesson happening in the middle of it all! 🎸😊 This is what community is all about.

Thank you, Secret Gardens Winery, for giving Heartland and our dogs such a special evening. And thank you to EVERYONE who came out and supported us!

😂🐾 Meet “We Don’t Have a Name Yet!”

That’s Dennis’s introduction… because this little boy hasn’t gotten her name yet! 😂

He’s 10 weeks old, absolutely adorable, super friendly and apparently has springs for legs! ❤️ Just watch her bouncing around trying to get ALL the attention!

He may not have a name yet, but he definitely has a personality! 🥰

🎉🐾 HAPPY GOTCHA DAY, HAZEL! 🐾🎉

Hazel has officially found her forever home — and it looks like she may already have a new furry sibling to show her the ropes! ❤️🐶🐶

This is exactly what we love to see: another Heartland dog safe, loved, and right where she belongs. 🏡❤️

🐾 Meet Maze — the newest member of Dennis’s pack! ❤️

Or, as Dennis says in the video… “Let’s find Waldo… oh, I mean Maze!” 😂

Maze is an amazing 3-year-old Labrador/Pointer mix who is ready for her forever family. She is:
❤️ Spayed & heartworm negative
🏡 Housebroken
🐾 Great with other dogs
⭐ Obedient and knows lots of commands
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A fantastic family dog!

You’ll notice some scarring around Maze’s neck from a shock collar she wore in the past. Thankfully, that collar is gone for good, and her neck should heal nicely. Now she gets to move forward to much better things. ❤️
