My heart is shattered into a million pieces 💔as I say goodbye to my beloved Buddy ( a.k.a. Mr. Wrinkles) who crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge today.

He was so much more than just a dog; he was my confidant, my best friend, and my baby boy. While I am heartbroken, I know how blessed I am to have had him by my side through all the highs and lows of life.

Buddy became a part of our family not long after his sister Emma. They were inseparable from the beginning - playing fetch, wrestling and napping together. After Emma had her first litter, Buddy checked in on the puppies regularly. It was the sweetest moment seeing him reach into their bed and smell and lick them. He was the perfect daddy to those babies and it revealed so much about him and his soft, kind heart. After that, we added Louie and Kali to the clan and he accepted both, no questions asked. My boy was all ❤️! The only thing he wanted in return was to snuggle which always made me smile.

I already miss you terribly my sweet boy 🥲. Thank you for always being by my side, the wonderful memories, unconditional love, smiles and lessons about life - “love each other, be kind to each other, spend time together and make beautiful memories.”

Run free my sweet baby boy.. Give my sweet Emma a big hug! I will love you forever.

Mr. Wrinkles aka “Buddy” - I ❤️ you more than words can say. Every day you are here is the biggest blessing. This big boy has the gentlest heart and soul (except when he’s showing Louie who’s boss). Happy 9th birthday baby boy ❤️🎂🎉

It is with a very heavy 💔 heart, I must share that our beloved Emma crossed the rainbow bridge on Saturday June 24, 2023.

Words cannot begin to describe the sadness and emptiness our hearts and home feel right now. She was a constant light and source of complete joy and happiness. There isn’t a person that met her that didn’t fall in love with her immediately.

Emma became mama to three litters of puppies and cared for all her babies with such tenderness and love until they left for their forever homes. She had such a warrior spirit as she went through three c-sections and still made sure all her babies were cared for.

When any of us came home, entered a room, sat down for dinner or were just hanging out, my baby girl was always there waiting for a scratch on her hind end or a nibble of whatever we were eating. She loved to wrestle with Louie and chew bones, but sunbathing and snuggling with her family was her happy place.

Emma was diagnosed with cancer in October, 2022 and handled her illness with such bravery until her very last breath. Until her last moments, my baby girl let her people know how much she loved them. I pray you knew how much we loved you and how your love and spirit helped us navigate life.

Run free my sweet baby girl 🌈. You will always and forever be in our hearts. 💗💗
