Meet Luma: The Cupcake Liner Bandit!
Some dogs love cupcakes. Luma apparently prefers the silicone cupcake holders!
This adorable golden girl made an unexpected visit to Emerald City Emergency Clinic after swallowing a silicone cupcake liner.
Our veterinary team quickly got to work and induced vomiting to retrieve the foreign object. But just when we thought the mission was accomplished, Luma decided she wasn't quite ready to give up her snack!
As the cupcake holder came back up, Luma attempted to swallow it AGAIN!
Enter our quick-thinking Veterinary Assistant, Sydney, who swooped in at the very last second and grabbed it before Luma could turn this into round two!
Talk about teamwork, quick reflexes, and a perfectly timed save!
Luma, we love you, but let's leave the baking supplies to the humans!
