A message from our hearts 💕
Starting November 1st, we’re adjusting our service pricing. This wasn’t an easy decision — we’ve thought long and hard about it, because we know you have choices, and we’re so grateful you choose us.
The truth is, maintaining our 5-star standards means real costs. Our building recently changed hands, and our new landlord has raised our rent well beyond what we budgeted for this year, on top of the increasing cost of a highly skilled team and our commitment to using only premium grooming products and equipment. We’ve absorbed these increases as long as we could, but to keep giving your pups the exceptional care they deserve, we need to make this change.
What will never change? How much we genuinely love every dog that walks through our door. 🐾
