Sakura graduated from her Walk and Learns and can officially call herself a city dog. This sweet girl recently moved to Seattle from rural Texas with her mom and pup brother, Suko. While Suko has adjusted to urban living fairly easily, Sakura had some pretty big feelings about it. Joggers passing by - she’s got this, bikes zooming past - she’s got this, school’s letting out - she’s got this!

In addition to being a great training treat and a tasty way to get your cats to take their medicine, lickable cat treats are also a great way to increase your cat’s moisture intake. Cats naturally have a low thirst drive, making them prone to kidney disease, which increases exponentially as they age. So it’s important that cats get as much moisture from their diet as possible to keep those kidneys in tip top shape. Roux approves this message - bring on the Churus!

Big news! Today my little business turns 8, and Wags and Whiskers Pet Care is officially rebranding as BRIXTON ANIMAL COLLECTIVE! 💙

Ten years ago, I adopted my heart dog, Brixton. He came with fear, reactivity, and severe separation anxiety. After months of feeling hopeless, thanks to the help of an incredible veterinary behaviorist, we finally turned a corner.

Brixton is the reason I decided to study animal behavior, so that I could help other dogs and cats like him who needed just a little more help. So what better way to honor my special boy than to put his name on my company?

Whether you’ve been here since day one or you’re new to the crew, thank you for being part of the journey. Welcome to BRIXTON ANIMAL COLLECTIVE!!!
