Happy 9th birthday to my siblings! ❤️❤️❤️
Today I got a puppacino from Starbucks and a fancy big girl stroller from Auntie Panda and then went for a pain-free walk!
I also got a wheelcart that I need to get used to because my legs go all over the place. It is pink!
Mom also gave me two fancy bandanas from The Foggy Dog and a gift box of goodies from Chewy!

I do not let her walk around like this, but I do want to document her degression. For context she was galloping just fine in August. There was definitely knuckling and she was kicking out her leg and she had trouble stopping back then but this gal loves to run!

We went on some trails together while Tache was playing ultimate yesterday because she still WANTS to be active. DM doesn’t hurt, it just looks uncomfortable to us. This is why she is getting a wheel cart (tomorrow!!!) and I’m really hopeful that she will take to it when she realizes it allows her to zoom again! Her spirit keeps me from getting too sad about her impending and inevitable fate.

Fingers crossed!

Here’s a photo update of Kiah from the past few months!
She’s almost exclusively in her lifevest now because she collapses so easily from her growing leg weakness. She’s had accidents more frequently, but she’s still a very sweet and good girl. She loves squeaky toys and snuggling even more now.

We went for a stroll in the snow today and brought home a stick. 🥰
