He got out a window on 12/22/2015 where we didn't know the screen was open. Lost around 68th Place South and 68th Ave S area, Lakeridge subdivision, next to Lakeridge Park, down Bangor. When we adopted him, at 4 weeks (he's part Maine C**n and turned out not to be 8 weeks like they thought), he and his brother Rory had been outside. His bushy tail and "makeup" around the eyes are a big give-away f
or spotting him. He typically leans against things, sits upright, especially the wall, bed pillows, couch. He prefers it over sitting Sphinx style. He's too long/tall and lanky to fit on any perch we've gotten, as you can see, so dangles over them. He's very skittish; but, loves to play and chase strings and sticks especially. He's very tall and lanky, but can huddle up and look smaller. He had all his shots and is microchipped. Has not had a recent flea and ticket treatment. He is a 16-month-old dark brown tabby with tan undercoat neutered male cat. Domestic medium-hair, likely Maine c**n mix, with classic ear and foot tufts. Green eyes and long fluffy tail. We've distributed flyers in the neighborhood, talked to neighbors and others, posted on all boards, alerted shelters, sent out postcards, craigslist and other ads, made sure his chip was active (don't forget that everyone). Walked and driven the neighborhood, put up more posters. Regularly checking shelters. With the help of South County Cats, and others, have humane traps out and wildlife cams out, but no luck yet. Had a search dog out from Three Retrievers, who found signs of fur on a fence nearby, and thought he was still alive, likely taken in by someone. Please, any help you can provide finding him would be appreciated. Hard to sleep for worrying about him. Spending hours every day and night on the hunt for him. We, particularly his brother Rory, need him back to make our house whole and warm again.
