This project was one of the most exciting projects that anyone let me do for them. So many amazing memories fron the P-Patch and the general vibe back in the pre-colonial days.
When I think about it, I realize that our beautification of a vacant lot was among the first of the projects that would mark the beginning of the gentrification in our ratty little neighborhood. I certainley don't regret that it all started with art. I remember Amanda Fins shark fins all over the neighborhoods, soon to be demolished, historic buildings rooflines.....

I recently dug out these photos of a job I did for Carolyn G.
I love it when I find pics of jobs that make my back hurt just to look at. This was solid 2" round stock. The client was someone that I respect enough to have demanded all the extra work from myself. c. 2001
