Our sweet Penelope (Gem from Sooki’s Little Hiker Litter) is looking for a new home. Her current family is going through a medical crisis that will likely be ongoing and made the hard decision to help her find a new family for her. Here is what dad said about her “Penelope is a fun loving and charismatic pup! She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines. She is crate and house trained. She loves walks and chewing on her bone when she relaxes. She loves belly rubs and snuggles, but gets a little sad when she is not around her humans. She loves cats and dogs alike, and currently lives with another dog and multiple cats. She is great with kids and is very gentle and playful with them. She definitely still a big puppy and does jump up a little when she is excited, but calms down quickly. Penelope is very smart and a super quick learner (she loves treats). She would be a great fit for an active family with a little room for her to move around!”

She’s approximately 60lbs (ish), 17 months old and located in the Northwest. If interested in learning more about this sweet girl, send me a message 🐾

We are on the lookout for a home for Emmy! She is from Sooki’s Little Hiker litter, about 10 months old. She is an all-around goofy girl who is always down for an adventure. She can be complex behaviorally and would do best in an experienced home, bonus if there are older dogs to show her the ropes. I am looking for a very specific and dedicated home for her. If you are a first time dog owner, or do not have experience with assertive dogs, she is likely not the right fit. If you feel like you’d like to know more please reach out so we can discuss further.

8 days in Bend with Cleo was just what the doctor ordered. I tried to get out on a walk or bike ride everyday I could to soak up the smell of the Juniper trees, which may be my favorite scent. Cleo was a bit anxious that first few days without her usual pack but grew into her single dog personality pretty well after that. Cleo can be a complicated character at times but she handled all that I asked of her really well, being flexible to lay in bed for a few hours or go biking a few miles. This girl was flexible and happy to go along with whatever. And just to keep it real on instagram, Cleo backed out of her collar (lesson learned, harnesses from here on out) and chased a herd of deer for 15 minutes completely ignoring any semblance of recall. It was not all rainbows 😂 but love seeing this girl have fun and glad to have her with on adventures and misadventures alike.
