Pacific Northwest Colleagues: Join us for an evening of continuing education for veterinarians with Nicole Smee, DVM, MS, DACVIM, as she presents “Cushing’s Simplified” on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

This interactive session will review the fundamentals of diagnosing and treating Cushing’s disease, highlight common challenges encountered in practice, and provide plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.

Dinner will be provided, and attendees will receive 1.5 hours of Washington State CE credit. We look forward to welcoming our veterinary colleagues to Timberline Veterinary Emergency & Specialty for an evening of learning and collaboration.

This week at the ACVIM Forum in Seattle, Timberline Critical Care Specialists Dr. Beth Davidow and Dr. Jen Waldrop shared their expertise with veterinary professionals from across the country.

Together, they co-taught a four-hour session focused on several complex and challenging conditions seen in emergency and critical care medicine, including feline urethral obstruction, pneumonia, trauma, and gastrointestinal sepsis.

We are proud to see Dr. Davidow and Dr. Waldrop contributing to the advancement of veterinary medicine through education and collaboration while representing Timberline on a national stage.

It is Thank a Donor Thursday! Meet Huck. ❤️

This handsome blood donor knows how to enjoy a sunny Seattle day, but with record temperatures expected this weekend, it is also a good reminder to keep our pets safe in the heat.

Make sure your pets have access to fresh water, avoid the hottest parts of the day, and remember that pavement can become dangerously hot for paws.

Summer is also one of the busiest times for emergency and specialty veterinary care, and lifesaving blood products are often in high demand. Our blood bank depends on incredible donor dogs like Huck to help ensure blood is available when pets need it most.
