Mishka was here a couple months ago for crippling anxiety and fearfulness. She made an awesome transformation over the month, finding the world isn't such a scary place while learning to regulate her body through exercise, joy for obedience, and enriching her bond with her family.
They're doing so good keeping up her skills at home, and have expressed a huge positive difference in her demeanor with everyone in the family and their ability to do all the adventures they dream of together. ❤️

Baby cattle dog on the loose!

Beilte (bahl-tuh) taking on his new environment with absolute confidence! The newest member of the ever-growing cast of cattle dogs will surely blossom under the abundance of support he's receiving from the people and dogs around him.

We can't wait to show you what this little man can do!

Do you know how to discern between a behavioral issue and a medical one? Hegel came to us for training to get more compliance on his core obedience and reduce squirming and nipping behavior.

However, after working with him for a short time, we took a look at his structure and found some joint problems that were likely causing pain. In his best interest, we sent sweet boy Hegel home early with a credit to come back for training at a later time, after seeing a specialist vet who can help him with the medical concerns likely causing his behavior.

In behavioral dog training, it's always wise to consider the underlying cause of a behavior. We are excited for him to get the joint help he needs to feel better in his body, and we are all looking forward to seeing him for training at a later time!

Hello, Birdie!

Birdie is with us this month for fearful behaviors, improved management solutions, and to learn to coexist peacefully with a new baby! By the end of this month, we hope to have this sweet girl more confident, established better boundaries, and recondition her to sights and sounds she usually might think are scary! With hard work and a caring hand, a lot can be accomplished! 😊
