Yesterday was a whirlwind of excitement! A few days ago I saw raffle post on a c**t, I bought a spot and figured that would be the end of that. Today the raffle was drawn and my number was the winning number! Who would’ve ever thought, cause I sure didn’t!

Welcome to the Ro K Ranch Chaos!

To add to my luck Chloe Gray Colwell was already heading this way for a vet appointment and brought Chaos to me! Thank you again Chloe! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this very nicely bred c**t!

Here’s a clinic I’ll be attending: you should join as well! Our horses are already switched over to a forage based diet and I’m so excited to learn more!

Here’s to hoping I have at least one water trough that doesn’t freeze tonight. I’m leery about electricity and water hence why I haven’t used a water heater, but this fish tank pump was designed to be in the water 24/7. It’s rated for bigger tanks and has been doing great so far in this trough. It was also on sale when I bought it. I’ll post link in comments. Should be nice in the summer to cut down on algae as well.

Here in the South it’s the HOT 🥵 SEASON!

Clean water for your livestock especially your horses is so important!!

Chances of Colic drops drastically with the availability of fresh clean water!

I personally love having smaller troughs so I don’t feel like I’m wasting water by dumping them and cleaning them daily or every other day.

Help your equine by providing them with the necessities to keep them happy and healthy!

Added salt to their feed will help the increase of water consumption. I also provide numerous salt blocks to allow for boredom licks or the need for added salt to their diet.

Well our Shug-A-Roo did his thing last night at our local professional rodeo carrying out the state flag for grand entry. Very proud of this boy since he was just introduced to flags and rodeo life.
