Here’s to hoping I have at least one water trough that doesn’t freeze tonight. I’m leery about electricity and water hence why I haven’t used a water heater, but this fish tank pump was designed to be in the water 24/7. It’s rated for bigger tanks and has been doing great so far in this trough. It was also on sale when I bought it. I’ll post link in comments. Should be nice in the summer to cut down on algae as well.

Clean water for your livestock especially your horses is so important!!

Chances of Colic drops drastically with the availability of fresh clean water!

I personally love having smaller troughs so I don’t feel like I’m wasting water by dumping them and cleaning them daily or every other day.

Help your equine by providing them with the necessities to keep them happy and healthy!

Added salt to their feed will help the increase of water consumption. I also provide numerous salt blocks to allow for boredom licks or the need for added salt to their diet.
