We're on the road Thursday 9/10 for our local route. A lot to deliver and we will pick up at all stops. Please let me know if you plan to drop off blankets, if you haven't already. First stop is Masts, not before 10:30.

We are back on the road this week!! Locals, I'll be doing the regular route on Thursday 8/20. Masts, Traveled Lane, and MacGlashans, and the 2 Easton stops if needed.

On Tuesday 8/18 I'm going across the bridge to deliver to a couple of our Northern MD barns. On my way back, if time allows, I'll be stopping in Easton to Little Park and G**s. If you're planning to drop off your blankets at either of those locations, please do so by early afternoon, no later than 1. If I do make it to Easton on Tuesday, I won't be going there on Thursday!

Great news!! Our machine is back running again. We've been shut down for 10 days :( I am working through washing what was here and will be making my last 3 Northern MD barns the priority to get done first and then move on to our locals. We can resume accepting blankets, but anything that comes in, please understand it will probably be September before I get to them. I will post the local pickup route once I know when I can go, it probably won't be next week. Thank you all for your patience

Shop Update: We are going to be shut down for maybe a week or longer. The washing machine has suffered an electrical failure that requires replacing parts(I don't know what they are all called). The service team was out today evaluating it and has to put in a order for the parts and we wait for shipping and for everything to be repaired and working again. Guesstimate on time is a week, hopefully not longer.

So while this is happening, I will not be accepting blankets. We are already backed up enough; I dont want to add to the backlog until the machine is back working again.

For those that have blankets here waiting to be washed, please be patient; they are in line, and once we get rolling again, I'll continue to wash and service everything in the order they arrived. It just might be a little longer than normal before they are done.

I'll be going to Masts on Monday July 20th. I'll be picking up and dropping off any finished blankets. All blankets that were picked up at Masts at the end of June are getting invoiced and packed today; please keep an eye out for the email.

Easton and Centreville locations: I'll be going there either at the end of next week or at the beginning of the following week. Please let me know if you are planning to drop off at any of those locations!

We hope everyone is surviving this heat! ☀️

Just a heads-up: We’ll be closed this Friday through the weekend for a little breather and for the 250th anniversary 🎆

For anyone planning to drop off blankets at Masts, please note that they will be closed July 4th through July 12th. Hold onto your blankets until the following week — I’ll be doing a pickup then.

This right here is why we advise not to put wet blankets in the trash bags to send to us. You don't know how long those bags will sit in the queue before we tag them in. This paperwork disintegrated and we have no idea who this blanket belongs to, only what barn it came from and the blanket is now molding from cooking in the bag because it was wet!!....Please follow our directions, we don't write them just for kicks -it's for your benefit and ours.

🐎A friendly reminder that we are in the heart of blanket season and turn around time is 4-6 weeks or more depending on the needs. Another reminder of our policy, especially those who are new to us - we do not return any blankets until invoices have been paid.

🚚We'll be back on the road the end of this week to Masts & Centreville locations if needed. Many that were picked up the beginning of the month, your blankets are done and invoices have been sent. Please be sure to be checking your spam folders - a lot of people have been having their invoices go there. I will return any whose invoices are paid before Thursday morning.

🚚Next week I'll be returning blankets to several of our barns across the bay and will stop at our Easton locations on our way home.

🦅As always PLEASE let me know before you want to drop at any location and how many blankets you have. Depending on what I know I'm picking up I might have to ask you to wait for the next pick up.
