Since launching Ru's Rabbit again, we've been getting some questions on how to add it to subscriptions. We hope this video helps!

Just a reminder we will not be at the Heights or Rice markets this month. We have to make sure our pet food Slinger is FULLY trained to handle the Bay Area farmers market!

Will catch you at the Bay Area farmers market today from 11a to 3p with lots of treats, all of our staple recipes and Rouse rabbit will be available too!! It's moving really fast so if you ever wanted to try it now's the time. Once it's sold out it won't be available for a little while.

Missing Heights and Rice market is temporary!!!

2026 has definitely been one of the most trying(and super blessed) years for us. It's been a constant battle with employees, freezer space, inventory, the list goes on and on for the good and bad.

Lately keeping employees at our Farmers Market booth has been pretty rough. As many of the locals see different faces all the time. We've been on the hunt for a couple months now but unfortunately Instagram ads is giving us a problem and that's our main way to hire.
We set certain cities to Target locals. However Instagram has changed our settings and they are targeting people in other states. And then they want us to download another app to control it. It's very frustrating and time consuming to keep up with all these changes. Especially when they change our settings without our knowledge.

Now on to the reason for missing our Houston markets. The next three Sundays we'll be concentrating on training our new employee at Bay area. After those three Sundays will be back to Houston!

We absolutely do not like missing our rice and Heights markets. We love seeing familiar faces, new faces, and our friends at the booths. But this is a necessary thing to make sure our new employee can service new customers properly.

We appreciate everybody's patience so much, more than you can imagine. Especially those two markets for putting up with our attendance issues.

Dealing with these business issues on top of being a brand new dad has sure been pretty tough to navigate. So again thanks so much for all your patience. We'll get everything dialed in- in due time. Just bear with us with these markets and will see you there soon.

Growing up on the East Coast 9/11 always hits hard. This was quite literally my view every morning. Not the nice house across the street but the one right below is my childhood home. Our living room window faced New York, so we got to see these big beautiful Towers everyday.
Until 2001. We smelled the smoke for months. Watching it slowly dissipate into the sky. My dad was fresh on the fire department, and volunteered to go there and help try and find survivors. And my mom's boyfriend at the time worked at the Holland tunnel, and he actually had to run from the cloud of smoke that billowed through the streets. We didn't hear from him for quite some time, and then he finally called. He was okay but couldn't leave the city for a few days.

I could right half of a book but I'll just leave it there.

These are the three commissioners voted to INCREASE OUR TAXES BY 7.6%.

This is going to really affect a lot of us in a negative way. Make sure to reach out and spread the message so these people know we mean business.

Tax paying citizens are struggling as it is. Why do they want us to struggle more?
