Ruby got to star in the Dominos shoot showcasing their new commercial for their s’mores dessert. After getting a phone call needing a calm horse to be in the local shoot at the Dominos in Winnsboro, I knew Ruby could play the part. A little tune up of neck reining and pull out the western saddle and she looked the part. She was a champ handling arriving very early in the pitch dark all by herself with no other horses, working next to a busy road with semis flying past, standing near a small fire, stood well by herself without me after she figured out she had to stay and not follow me, and was a calm chill girl doing multiple takes of each scene. Love that horse! We both had a blast and I loved watching all that was involved. The group of people were amazing to work with….truly fantastic group! They had great patience when I needed to reset Ruby when she tried to follow me and did a great job helping me perk her ears to look her best.
