Symbiotic Farms symbiosis: a biological interaction between multiple organisms living in close association to the benefit of both.

We are just a three friends with a small mushroom farm in Scottsdale AZ, as well as rebuilding an old house and run down lot in Superior AZ to be a second functional gourmet mushroom farm with focus on Oyster,lions mane, and pioppino mushrooms. We also produce figs, grapes, squash, tomatoes, herbs and whatever else we feel like growing. There is a beautiful mountain view and we are far enough fr

om the city to have clean water and clean air! The process has been lots of hard work and effort to get the house livable and the property functional. We have refurbished and converted three outbuildings on the property to house a clean room/lab, incubation room and fruiting chamber that is climate temperature controlled to allow us to grow year round .

Symbiotic Farm's Clinton White and Mike Montiel present a three-part lecture series about mushrooms, discussing the involvement of fungi in a healthy ecosystem – and exploring a variety of fungi including Saprophytes, Mycorhizals, Endophyts, and how these microscopic organisms support larger systems.
