The not so glamorous side of showing horses...

Recovery time. Dirty towels. Late-night horse care. And usually somebody still working in the barn long after the day is finished. That’s the part nobody puts on the highlight reel. But it’s also where good programs are built.

𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐈𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭 is right there with us for the unglamorous part — the aftercare, the maintenance, and the everyday attention our horses deserve.

Because the ribbon is one moment. Taking care of the horse happens every day.

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 | 𝐂𝐄𝐏 𝐗-𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞

Competition week can ask a lot from a horse.

𝐇𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲.

𝐂𝐄𝐏 𝐗-𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 gives us a convenient option when we want additional support for comfort, mobility, flexibility, and the normal inflammatory response during those higher-demand periods. The paste format makes it easy to keep on hand in the trailer and administer when the schedule gets busy.

Because sometimes your horse doesn’t need less work. They just need you to be equally intentional about the care that comes with it.

𝐂𝐄𝐏 𝐗-𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 — made for the days that ask a little more.

Really good read!

One thing that comes up constantly during my consult calls is people putting so much pressure on themselves to ride perfectly.

Here's the thing. You will NEVER ride perfect. And if perfection is your expectation, you're setting yourself up for failure every single time you enter the arena.

Learn to recognize the small wins. Maybe your timing was better. Maybe your horse tried harder. Maybe you fixed ONE thing you've been struggling with. That matters.

And something I think we forget? Our horses deserve to feel like they did a good job, too.

Imagine giving your best effort every single day, only to have someone walk away frustrated or disappointed with you every time. That's not the relationship we want to build with our horses.

They don't understand your expectations of perfection. But they absolutely pick up on your frustration.

Reward the effort. Recognize the progress. Celebrate the small wins.

You can hold yourself to a high standard without making yourself, or your horse, feel like nothing is ever good enough.

Perfection is unattainable. Progress isn't.

Barn shelf essentials. Everybody has them.

The products that don’t get packed away because you already know you’ll be reaching for them again tomorrow.

𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐈𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭 has earned that kind of real estate around here. After training days, long hauls, busy show weeks, and all the miles in between — having dependable horse-care products close by just makes sense. No complicated sales pitch needed.

There’s what happens in the arena. And then there’s everything it takes to make sure people actually know the story behind it.

𝐊𝐋 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 catches the parts that would otherwise disappear — the horses coming along, the candid moments at home, the show days, the wins, the work, and the personality behind the program.

She doesn’t just show up when everything is polished. She captures the process. And that’s what makes the content feel like us.

Thank you, 𝐊𝐋 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩, for giving people a look beyond the show pen and into the world we get to live every day.

Your saddle is where a whole lot of conversations happen without a word being said.

𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥. 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

When you spend that many hours in one, the details start to matter a whole lot more.

𝐁𝐨𝐛’𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 brings together the craftsmanship, feel, and finished look we want underneath us whether we’re putting in an ordinary day at home or walking into the show pen.

A great ride starts somewhere. We like ours from a 𝐁𝐨𝐛’𝐬.

There’s a difference between reacting to your horses and paying attention to them. We prefer the second one.

Knowing how they normally feel. Knowing when they need a little more attention. Knowing that the care between rides can matter just as much as the ride itself.

𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐈𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭 fits into that mindset for us. Good horsemanship doesn’t clock out when you step out of the saddle. Neither does the care.
