Hello my valued clients! I just wanted to pop in with a gentle reminder of Pampered Paws Groomings' cancellation policy. Per the business grooming contract all clients agree to before their first appointment, 48hr notice is required to cancel/reschedule an appointment. As I groom one on one, each appointment is reserved for your dog only. So when a cancellation arises, I need to be able to fill that spot. Giving the agreed upon notice allows for another pup to be able to fill the gap.
One on one grooming is a luxury service, and the time dedicated to each dog is a valued asset by my clients, as you are aware.
If this time is wasted due to a short notice cancellation or no-show, the cancellation fee covers what is lost.
The fee for a no-show is 50% of the service cost and the fee for a last minute cancellation is 30% of the service cost. I try to be as accommodating as possible, as I do understand life gets in the way. However, with the uptick in cancellations and no shows as of late, this policy will be in full effect. Thank you all for your loyal support, understanding, and continued patronage.
