The wait is over ... ⏰

PAW Family, Meet Dr Russell! ❤️🐾

Dr Russell brings 30 years ❗of veterinary experience, a true passion for animals, and an enthusiastic love of veterinary medicine.

She grew up in Arkansas and went to veterinary school at LSU (still a tiger 🐅). She has traveled the world following her husband's military and government career. While travelling the south, they fell in love with Scottsboro and have decided to make it home. 🏡

You will likely find her on the floor loving on your furry family in the same way you've grown accustomed to with Dr Shelton. 🥰

Don't worry, Dr Shelton isn't going anywhere! The additional veterinarian help will help alleviate wait times for preventative care, allow more accommodations for emergencies, and allow us time to grow services. 💊

Dr Russell will start seeing appointments Tuesday September 29th! She will be here Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 📆

Please help us welcome her to Scottsboro and Parkview Animal Wellness. Like, comment, share, and come by to say hello! 👍

Happy Wednesday PAW Family!

World Beard Day doesn't just apply to those on two legs.

We want to see those K-9s with facial hair.

Salt & pepper, short or long whiskers.......even those with a 5 o'clock shadow 😉

*Bonus points if a bearded human is in the picture with your pooch!!

Happy Wednesday PAW 🐾 Family!

Today is National Dog 🐩 Day. Thank you for allowing us to take care of your canine babies. Here are some "rumors" you may have heard about those microscopic parasites that creep around. Even in your own backyard.

Remember........your dog may be an inside dog, but that does not keep things from coming inside.
