Rosie is ready to bloom!

At just 1 year old, Rosie came to us as a shy, unsure little girl. But with a little love and patience, she's blossomed into the sweetest, silliest pup!

Rosie adores other dogs, has the gentlest heart, and is ready to find a family who will spoil her with all the love she deserves.

This sweet girl has so much love to give, now she just needs someone to give it to!

He was adopted!
💕 JEB HAS NO CONCEPT OF PERSONAL SPACE, ONLY LOVE. 💕

Meet Jeb, our 3-month-old little love bug who is fully convinced that humans were put on this earth specifically for him to smother. 🥹💗

And we don't mean in a “thanks for the snacks, peasant” kind of way. We mean in a “hello, I have decided we are soulmates, please allow me to crawl inside your skin and become one with you” kind of way. 😂

This boy will climb onto your shoulders, cling to you like a tiny furry koala, rub his little face all over yours, and give you the sweetest kisses imaginable. He doesn't just want to be near you. He wants to be PART OF YOU. Personal space is a myth. Boundaries are a suggestion. LOVE IS MANDATORY. 😭💕

But underneath all that silly, clingy kitten behavior is a little boy with so much love to give. Jeb is the kind of kitten who makes you feel like the most important person in the entire world, simply because you exist. And honestly? Every person deserves to be loved that much. ❤️

Jeb is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and ready to find his forever human. Someone who will let him be their tiny shadow, their shoulder accessory, their cuddle buddy, and their very best friend.

Come adopt Jeb. Your personal space may never recover, but your heart will be so, so full. 🐾💕

Wolf is still available! Fox and Yeti have been adopted.
Meet Fox, Yeti, and Wolf! These three adorable pups are around 4–5 months old and all found their way to PHS separately as strays. Now they're ready to find families of their very own!

Fox– This wild child is full of personality! Fox loves to play, be silly, and make sure she's always the center of attention. Life with this girl will never be boring!

Yeti– Our little sweetheart! Yeti is gentle, loving, and happiest when she's curled up in your lap. She's got plenty of puppy love to give!

Wolf– Our shy little guy. Wolf is still learning that the world isn't so scary. He absolutely adores other dogs, and with a little patience and love, he's slowly blossoming into the sweetest boy.

Three very different puppies, but all wishing for the same thing: a family to call their own.

When the animals needed help, this community showed up. ❤️🐾
You brought supplies, made donations, volunteered your time, and encouraged our exhausted staff. You helped us care for animals who desperately needed safety, comfort, and a fresh start. While our request for additional county funding was declined because it was not in the budget, we want to take a moment to recognize everything you have done. We hear your concerns, and we are grateful that so many people care about the animals and the shelter’s future. The costs of these cases reach far beyond the initial rescue, and your generosity has helped carry us through. Every donation, every delivery, and every helping hand has mattered.

🚨🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: MISTER STICKY PAWS IS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT AS YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEM. 🚨🚨

Meet Mister Sticky Paws, a 6-month-old kitten with absolutely ZERO respect for personal space, garbage can regulations, or the concept of minding his own business. 💀🐾

His daily schedule includes:
🛏️ 8 AM: Lounge around like he pays rent.
😈 9 AM: Terrorize the neighbors. They know what they did.
🗑️ 10 AM: Launch himself HEADFIRST into the garbage bin during cleaning. We've tried to stop him. He has rejected our authority. The garbage is his now.
🐈 11 AM–FOREVER: STICK TO A HUMAN. ANY HUMAN. ALL HUMANS.

And when we say sticky, WE MEAN STICKY.

Going to the bathroom? Congratulations, you have an audience. Folding laundry? He's the quality control department. Taking out the trash? FINALLY, A FIELD TRIP TO HIS HOMELAND. 🗑️❤️

You will never p*e alone, complete a chore uninterrupted, or walk through your home without a tiny furry supervisor attached to your ankles ever again. He will follow you everywhere because apparently, being a six-month-old kitten means you have been appointed CEO of Whatever Your Human Is Doing.

And honestly? He's taking the job VERY seriously. 😂

The good news? This tiny chaos gremlin is NEUTERED, UP TO DATE ON VACCINES, AND READY FOR ADOPTION! 🐾

The bad news? You may need to install a lock on your bathroom door. (He will probably learn how to open it.)
