We don't close until all dogs or cats are finished .
We take appointments until 5pm. Please let us know while booking if you are dropping off and needing to pick up right away , gonna go to work and pick up after etc. We try our best to convenience everyone !

Update: We have had A LOT of interest in this boy 🩷 He is a special behavior pup who does need a home with kids 16+. So if you are interested just be mindful he needs a patient home 🥰

This sad boy came to us after his owner was arrested 😞 The dog didn't commit any crimes, but here he is in "dog jail," all the same.

He's been held for the appropriate length of time, but no one has come to claim him. And we know - it sucks. But it's not fair to him to be held forever, waiting for his past to come back for him 💔

We never even got the information of his real name. I did try and find the owner on social media to see if I could find out this sweetie's real name from maybe a picture or something - can't find anything.

So, we named him Basil. Does he like it? Prob not. He doesn't like much of anything here 😔 It's really hard for an animal to go from a comfortable home to a shelter.

We've kept him in our overflow kennels because it's quieter, but he's very uninterested in most things.

He's a beautiful dog, he's not mean - but he's not overly affectionate here either. He walks extremely well on leash, he's housebroken. He likes food...but not enough to make him our friend.

Basil seems okay with other dogs if they're calm and don't jump on him.

He needs someone who's patient, who will let him acclimate. He LOVES to sunbathe - that's when I've been able to pet those soft, long ears 🥹

We have hope that in a home, he'll open back up. He'll find joy and love again 🥹 If this sounds like your kinda jam, please come up to visit him. We're open 12-6!

Announcement 📢📢 We will be closed today, April 13, unfortunately, as my son is experiencing a severe rash and bites, likely due to camping and riding. He also has a pre-operative appointment for tonsils at 1 pm in Huntington. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and will rebook all appointments. We understand the urgency, and to accommodate, we will work an additional day to ensure your pet is seen as soon as possible. You may also book online through our page using the MyTime booking feature.
