A little training on the trails today with Miss Juno! She is sporting the purple biothane leash from American Leash Co.

Working on public access and fine dining with Ivy Jo. The "under" command was a success.

Working on duration with Miss Juno and her climb command. Training does not have to be formal, just consistent.

Nature is the best classroom to train in. Miss Juno is learning her duration in a command. We did not use the "stay" command. The expectation is to listen to the command given until released from the command (within reason for a dog).

Training duo Ivy Jo and Blu. It's way more fun to train outdoors in weather like this!

Training does not need to be in a formal setting, but it does need to be consistent.

Transport ready once again! It takes a full day to disinfect the van, crates, and set up, but safety first!

We use Ruffland crates for transport, added A/C in the rear for regulated temps throughout the van, exhaust fan to improve airflow, rear camera to see what's happening in the back and visuals of the inside. The K9 hot n pop also monitors temperature, alarms when it's above the set temp for too long (and boy, will that get your attention!). USDA registered.

Know what you are getting when you hire a transport! Sometimes higher prices covers added safety and security. Texas....here we come!
