📢Appointment & Scheduling Update

Fresh as a Daisy is a one-on-one grooming salon. Appointment times are reserved specifically for your pet, and when an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, that time is often impossible to refill.

🌼I am currently booking approximately 3-4 weeks in advance. Clients who wish to maintain a regular grooming schedule or secure preferred appointment times are strongly encouraged to rebook before leaving.

Multi-dog households, large dogs, high-maintenance coats, and clients seeking evening or weekend appointments are especially encouraged to prebook, as these appointments require additional scheduling accommodations.

🌼Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response to calls and text messages. As a one-on-one groomer, I spend most of my day working hands-on with dogs and personally handle all scheduling and business communications.

🌼A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

Clients with repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling issues may be required to leave a deposit or prepay for future appointments.

🌼At this time, I am accepting a limited number of new clients who are interested in maintaining a consistent 4-8 week grooming schedule.

Hi everyone 💛
I just wanted to post a quick update and thank you all for your patience. My dog Daisy has been dealing with some health issues over the past week, so I’ve been a bit more preoccupied than usual outside of work.

Because of that, I may be a little behind on calls, texts, and messages — if you’ve reached out and haven’t heard back yet, I promise I will get back to you as soon as I can.

As of right now, I am fully booked through the week of 4/15, and my next available appointments are the week of 4/20.

Going forward, I highly recommend rebooking your next appointment before you leave to make sure you stay on a consistent schedule and can get a spot that works best for you.

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support — I truly appreciate it!🐾🌼

✂️Even if your puppy doesn’t need a full haircut yet, it’s important to start grooming early to get them used to the process so they grow into confident, seasoned spa-goers! Our Puppy “Intro” Service is perfect for pups 6 months and under. This includes a bath, blow dry, brush out, nails clipped & filed, ears cleaned (plucked if necessary) and light trimming of their face, sanitary areas and paws, completed with a spritz of finishing spray and bandana.

🐾Meet Brooklyn- a 14 week old Bernedoodle puppy who had her very first Puppy Intro Session! She was nervous at first with all the new sounds, smells & feels of the salon but quickly warmed up and was wagging her tail & giving kisses by the end!
