To wrap up Tech Week, we're kicking off an EMPLOYEE-ONLY Pet Costume Contest. Throughout the year, we run MANY giveaways, and our employees hardly ever get to participate. In honor of the hard work they do ALL YEAR, this one is just for them.

We do need YOUR help when it comes to voting though. Please use the "thumbs up" reaction to choose your favorite pictures in the comments below. The winning pet will receive some toys and treats.

This contest is only open to Golf Rose employees and ends 10/29/2026.

On this Wellness Wednesday, we're giving another shout out to our amazing support team in honor of Tech Week! Our CSRs, Certified Technicians, and Hospital Assistants all play a crucial role in keeping your pets healthy and happy during their visits and stays at our hospital. Thanks to Andrea C. for these amazing pictures of some of our team enjoying one of the perks of the job -- loving on our amazing patients (in this case, Bubba Bear & Charlie). Happy Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week -- we are so grateful for what they do every day!

Did you know? While most cats do groom themselves, occasionally one may need a true bath or even a haircut. Our friend, Elvis, loves his spa days with our groomer, Jami, and felt like a new cat after his most recent lion cut.

If you have a cat who needs a grooming appointment, give us a call at Golf Rose Grooming -- 847-885-2122 or schedule at the link in the comments.
