It is so quiet on the empty farmstead. The chickens and ducks are in their new homes and my babies (the goats) have gone to their new home. I miss all their sounds. The quacks, the cockadoodledoo's and most of all the cries for Maaaaa 😞 There is nothing to do on the here Idleawhile farm except watch all the videos and and look at all the pics. Show the love my peeps πŸ’“

ALL the chickens, roosters and ducks have found their forever homes. It is soooo very quiet on the farm 😞 however, we know they are all happy, healthy and loved ❀️

We are finding homes for all our ducks, chickens and goats 😒 luckily we have someone coming to give the entire flock of ducks a lovely home and possibly the goats as well. If not the goats will be going to a sanctuary in New Jersey. If they do, I will post a link here to their site so you can still follow them and more animals ❀️ we are moving out of state in a month and unfortunately our plans to keep the farm up and running will not be able to happen. We have already found a home for most of the chickens but still have a couple left, as well as some roosters. I'm scrambling but doing my best to make sure they are ALL in the best care possible β€οΈπŸ˜’β€οΈπŸπŸ“πŸ£πŸ¦†
I'm sorry to all of our followers, we won't be posting but we will keep the site up as long as Facebook will allow for all to see the pictures and reminisce, we thank you and love you all for your support of our little Idleawhile farm 🌹

We are so heart broken you've had to leave us. 😞 You were one of our most loyal, happy, beautiful, young patrons. You came in from fairly close out of state but, each and every time our little farm was a MUST on your list to come visit! How we looked forward to seeing you and letting you hold the baby goats when we had them ❀️ but now you've gone so far away you won't be able to come visit us anymore. πŸ˜’πŸ’” I wish for nothing but the best, for peace, harmony and love for you and your family. You are the type of young woman who made a difference in each and every life you touched, 🌟 including mine.
I picked these beautiful flowers today from our yard, they are for you, from all of us here at The little, Idleawhile farm ❀️

Second year in a row these two mascovie mothers shared a nest, hatched out their babies and raised them together. 10 babies survives this year.

Shaggy-Doo has the sweetest little cry πŸ€—
The interaction between him, Daphne and Velma is fantastic! They will do great with other goats when introduced to make friends. πŸπŸπŸšœπŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎ

Feels good to have all your ducks....and chickens and roosters and goats in a row? Well now, that's pretty neat πŸ˜†
