🐾 Shed Happens… But that’s what I’m here for! 🐾
When you bring in your pup for a de-shed service I use the Close-Open-Close method and it is a game-changer for shedding pups!

Here’s how it works (and why it’s so effective):
🛁 Step 1: CLOSE – I start with conditioner which “Closes” the hair cuticle, and not only protects it during the cleansing step but also loosens up the undercoat.
🛁 Step 2: OPEN – Next, I use a deshedding shampoo and clarifying shampoo to remove dirt, oil, and buildup, that opens the coat and helps release even more of the loose undercoat.
🛁 Step 3: CLOSE – I finish with a final conditioning rinse to seal the hair shaft retaining hydration, and leaving the coat soft, shiny, and smelling incredible.

✨ It’s a lot of steps but the result is so worth it! Less hair on your floors, furniture, and clothes — and a pup that looks and feels amazing!

It’s arthritis awareness month. Animals suffer from this too!

It's Arthritis Awareness Month. Just like humans, pets can develop arthritis, too. Arthritis is a chronic degenerative joint disease that causes pain, stiffness, and mobility challenges. Older pets are more likely to develop arthritis due to the effects of aging. Excess weight puts additional stress on joints, increasing the risk of arthritis. If your pet has achy joints and shows reduced mobility, ask your veterinarian about pain management options.
