They know who they have to take seriously. They learn if they "dig their heels in" you'll give up and let them do as they please.

Chloe knew her basics and needed to address her impulsivities, boundaries, and nervous system.

She liked to jump on people, would happy-pee when greeting people- out of excitement, but is also quite insecure of people and random things on a walk such as a tree stump or a small garden gnome.
Creating a consistent expectation of neutrality is important for helping build confidence and keeps her from losing her marbles when faced with exciting things.

On walks, she would lunge after squirrels or birds and now walks lovely heel, allowing everyone in her fanily to be able to walk her, especially as she grows. Chloe also needed help learning to use the potty patch in her yard. Chloe excelled in camp 🩷

Luso's 1-week Refresh 🩷

Luso was completely dysregulated when he came to me. He couldn't switch his busy brain off which meant he could never just relax and settle, his leash manners made walks less than enjoyable, but most importantly he had begun to resource guard items he deemed valuable.

We worked on regulating his nervous system, slowing him down, and addressing his impulsivities. Built up some new skills with place, heel, and drop 🩷
