Meet this adorable little guy, currently getting some extra TLC at Midtown Mutts Veterinary Care. 🐶🩺

He may be tiny, but he’s already making quite the impression! With those ears, that little tongue, and a whole lot of attitude, he’s definitely keeping our team smiling. 🥰

🐾 EAR MITES: Tiny Pests, BIG Itch! 🐾

If your pet is constantly scratching their ears, shaking their head, or you notice dark, crumbly “coffee-ground” debris inside the ears, ear mites could be the culprit! 👂🐶🐱

Ear mites are tiny parasites that live in the ear canal and are especially common in cats and young animals. They can cause intense itching, inflammation, and secondary ear infections.

🩺 The good news? Ear mites are treatable! Your Midtown Mutts Muttley Crue can examine your pet’s ears, confirm the cause, and recommend the appropriate treatment.

⚠️ Important: Not every itchy or dirty ear has mites. Yeast, bacteria, allergies, and other problems can look very similar—so an ear exam is the best way to know what’s really going on.

Don’t let those tiny critters keep your pet scratching! 🐾

Known as the “Shoe Thief of Solomons Park,” Truman has quite the talent for sneaking off with footwear and burying them around the yard only to dig them up months later.👟😂
