This painful spinal infection occurs when bacteria settles between vertebrae, causing inflammation and serious discomfort. Our patient came to us struggling, but we're thrilled to report he's responding beautifully to medical therapy!

While we're cautiously optimistic, surgery may still be on the horizon depending on how recovery progresses. That's the thing about complex cases — we celebrate every win while planning for every possibility.

Our neurology team is monitoring closely, adjusting treatment as needed, and giving this sweet patient all the support they need to get back on their feet. No hustle required! 💙

Sweet Oona and 2 of her littermates came to see us today! They have a rare genetic condition called Myotonia Congenita. This causes their muscles to remain contracted after use. Imagine making a fist and being unable to straighten your hand back out ...
They are starting therapy and now and we hope to have videos of their response for you soon!
WARNING: The second video shows part of her examination. This condition isn't painful for the patient, but it might be misinterpreted that way if you're sensitive to it.
