Last night was a good night! Placed 1st in the little saddle club jackpot. Flicka and I won our first money together.

She's also a finished pole horse. We've never practiced them together and I havent ran poles in over a year. I was literally going to trot but she wanted to work. So she took care of us and we ran a 28!

Even though we've had Princess a while, this will be their first official season together. Life just kept throwing us curve balls, but I'm ready to watch them progress and grow this summer!

I'm way behind on making this post. Buuuuttt.........

TA-DA!

The long awaited arena area is finished. This is such a blessing. The ground still needs some grooming over time but it is rideable and we are getting use out of it.

Next will be more barn work. My goals are to be set up to have one training/sale slot open as we approach fall.

Either way, God is smiling on me in many areas of life right now and I am very greatful. I know that in the blink of an eye, life can turn upside down. So for now I'll smile and say thank you.
