4 HIGH-PROTEIN LOW-CARB EGG BITES

soft • savory • low carb • high protein

BACON CHEDDAR EGG BITES
Eggs + Cottage Cheese + Turkey Bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (Good Culture)
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon (cooked, chopped)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- Salt + pepper
- Blend → pour into molds → bake 325°F (160°C) for 20–25 min

SPINACH FETA EGG BITES
Eggs + Spinach + Feta
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- Salt + herbs
- Blend → bake until set

CHICKEN HERB EGG BITES
Eggs + Chicken + Herbs
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- Herbs + salt
- Blend → bake until firm

MUSHROOM CHEESE EGG BITES
Eggs + Mushrooms + Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms
- 1/4 cup mozzarella
- Salt + pepper
- Blend → bake until fluffy
