Eight tiny reasons to fall in love. 🖤🐾

Lady × Hank’s D litter is just beginning their story, and we’re soaking up these precious first days. Tiny paws, sleepy snuggles, and a wonderful mama watching over them all. 🥹

Behind the scenes are regular weigh-ins, making sure everyone gets their turn nursing, and plenty of care for Lady, too. It’s a busy season, but being here for their beginning means everything to us.

Follow along as we watch these eight little ones grow! 🐾

🐾🖤 WELCOME TO THE WORLD, VST D LITTER! 🖤🐾

We are so excited to officially announce the arrival of our Lady × Hank D Litter! 🐺❤️

On October 18, 2026, we welcomed 8 beautiful, healthy German Shepherd puppies into the VST family!

After a very long night filled with anticipation, excitement, and lots of love, we are thrilled to share that all eight puppies arrived safely and are doing wonderfully! Most importantly, our sweet Lady is healthy, recovering well, and has stepped right into motherhood like the incredible mama she is. 🥹❤️

There is something truly special about bringing new life into this world. No matter how many litters we welcome, the excitement of meeting each tiny puppy, hearing those first little squeaks, and watching a mama lovingly care for her babies never gets old. The sleepless nights are always worth it! 🐾

Vet day for for miss Cuda 💚
She did absolutely amazing. No reactions to any dogs we saw in the vets office. She honestly was just so happy to get attention from everyone as she LOVES to give love to all the humans. She’s such a sweet heart.

Curse Feyre Magic Black (Call name Lady) looking as gorgeous as ever at 53 days pregnant. She’s got the best temperament and settles so nicely. Love’s all people and other dogs, just a very happy girl in general 🥰

We felt the puppies kicking today. They are getting ready to make an entry into this world. Very excited for her litter!

Whelping preparations are underway for Lady × Hank! 🖤🐾

Everything is sanitized, and Lady’s space is coming together! Next up: installing the pig rails, adding bedding, and putting the finishing touches on her area.

Early next week, we’ll also organize our whelping kit, medical supplies, warming equipment, and everything we’ll need to support Lady and care for her newborn puppies. There’s plenty of preparation happening behind the scenes and we’ll share more as we get everything ready!

Her puppy-count X-rays are MONDAY, October 12! We’re so excited for this next milestone and will share an update afterward. 🥰

How many little ones do you think we’ll see? Drop your guesses below! 👇

What does lifetime breeder support actually mean?

For us, it means being available for questions, offering guidance through challenges, and welcoming a dog back if their family can no longer care for them, at any age, no questions asked.

Life can change. We want our families to feel comfortable reaching out, knowing their dog will always have a place with us.

That commitment is part of everything we do: health testing, thoughtful pairings, early development and socialization, and matching families to their puppy. Every puppy is also microchipped before going home, with our contact information retained as an emergency contact.

We plan for their future before they’re born, and we remain committed throughout their lives. 🖤🐾

Supporting ethical breeding and supporting rescue can go hand in hand. Both should share the same goal: dogs in safe, committed, lifelong homes. 🖤🐾

At VST, our commitment begins long before a puppy is born—with health testing and thoughtful pairings—and continues through early development, socialization, carefully matching families to their puppy, and ongoing guidance and support.

That responsibility lasts for the life of the dog. If a family can no longer care for a dog we produced, we will always welcome that dog back, at any age, no questions asked. They will always have a place with us.

To us, responsible breeding means being accountable for every puppy’s future, even when life doesn’t go as planned.

Successful one month board and train with this little man! So proud of how far he’s come and all he’s accomplished for only being 5.5 months old.

It ended with us taking a road trip to visit some clients, one of which was his brother he hasn’t seen since they left at 8 weeks old. We stayed in a hotel two nights and he adjusted nicely. He is so confident in public, a huge love bug with people and loves playing with other dogs. His first time in the elevator didn’t even phase him, he happily walked in and sat beside me. He’s a very happy go lucky pup. It makes my heart happy that I was able to work with him and see his capabilities.

Huge shout out to Clint Scentworks for assisting with the first two weeks of training. This is the 5th dog from our program that has had the pleasure of working with you. ⭐️🤩

Got to spend time with Legacy Keeper VST (Hank), one of our co-own males this past week. It was so nice being able to get some lovings in from this gentle giant ❤️
