This 1 year old came in for his very first groom as a matted little mess. Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is start fresh and reset the coat.

He was an absolute champ, and now his coat can grow back healthy and comfortable. 🐾💙

Sometimes we’re given a real challenge. This was our first time meeting this sweet girl, and she was definitely overdue for grooming. We slowed things down and adjusted our approach to support her and set her up for success. We kept the session short while removing most of her impacted undercoat, and she’ll be back soon for a bath to continue the process 🐾

Meet Malena
Malena joined our team in February and has been such a wonderful addition. She is a talented groomer with beautiful scissor skills and a special heart for anxious and senior dogs.
She takes extra time with each pup to help them feel safe and comfortable, often spending a few quiet moments cuddling after the bath to build trust before continuing the groom.
