Some of you may remember the fantastic opportunity posted in Lexington by our friends at Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation - well now it's Ocala's turn!
This is the overwhelmingly impressive program we were fortunate enough to visit earlier this summer, which means these are BIG shoes to fill! Participants in this program will learn horse handling, farm maintenance, machinery operation, basic farrier skills, mid-level first aide, lunging and roundpen work, and more. All under the guidance of the individual who will hold this position. Honestly, its the type of groom's school we WISH was open to the public! These girls come out knowing more about quality horse husbandry than a good 60% of us! And now they need a new leader who will show them the same level of care, enthusiasm, and knowledge.
This is a special program, and we're really hoping for a unicorn to fill it. For full details, visit https://www.equistaff.com/auth/equistaff-view-job/MjM1
