We would like to STRESS the IMPORTANCE of Spaying and Neutering ALL Pets. This tender boy adores cuddles, staying close, and soaking up every bit of affection he can get. He’s sensitive and kind — the type of pup who looks straight into your eyes and melts your heart in seconds. (As you can see, Casi’s biggest wish during his photos was simply to be held.)

Trubbs has spent years in rescue, watching other dogs come and go while he waits quietly in the background. We don’t know why he’s still here… but we do know he deserves better.

This 4–5-year-old Chi mix (18 lbs) isn’t for everyone — and that’s exactly what makes him special. Trubbs needs a calm, confident leader who understands that trust takes time.

An Open Letter to the Honorable Pat Neal, Founder and CEO — Neal Communities, Neal Signature Homes, and Neal Land Ventures

Dear Mr. Neal,

I'd like to formally request permission for Sydney Gruters to attend our candidate forum and speak to the voters of FL-16.

I realize I may be going over someone's head by asking you — but at this point you seem to be the right person to ask.

We've bent over backwards to make this comfortable. We turned the debate into a forum because Max Goodman wanted it that way. We trimmed the format, shortened the time, and asked very little. The bar could not be lower. And still, it seems Mrs. Gruters can only be found at your fundraisers, behind a ticket price, far from any voter who hasn't paid for the privilege.

A candidate for Congress should be willing to stand in front of the people she wants to represent — for free, and without a script.

So I'll ask the question only you seem able to answer: Will you let her speak at this event so We the People can actually hear from her?

The voters are waiting.

This is Tukker’s idea of a Saturday … he is the kind of guy that enjoys a select few people, avoids crowds, despises attention from strangers, hides at adoption events and just truly likes the slow life.

If you have ever seen him at one of our events, which is rare, he was likely in the corner or under the table stuck like Velcro to his foster mom. He seeks a safe person and attaches hard. He thrives on attention from his person or people. Tukker would enjoy a home where there are the same people coming and going all the time, that likes taking walks with no crowds, doesn’t mind that he is shy and sensitive and of course someone that LOVES toys as much as he does.

Tukker needs his special person or family. He is fostered with other dogs and cats, he does well most of the time but would likely thrive as the only dog.

Two years in foster, little to no interest 💔 but he remains happy as can be

How has no one asked about this girl yet? 🥺
Rosalee has been in rescue since raising her babies… and somehow, she’s still waiting for someone to choose her.

She’s big, she’s strong, and she’s got a whole lot of love to give 💕

✨ Meet Rosalee:
• 2 years old
• Bully breed mix
-Has been treated for heartworm disease
• Spayed & crate trained
• Total sweetheart with people — affectionate, goofy, and loyal

Rosalee is the kind of dog who leans into you for love, greets you with full-body wiggles, and just wants to belong. She’s silly, gentle, and has a smile that will absolutely melt you 💗

Few Things to Know:
• Can be reactive behind barriers (fence/kennel), but does well with proper intros
• Loves walks, but can be strong on leash (she’s learning!)
• Would do best with a confident owner who can handle her size

Kenya 1.5 yr old chi mix that came into rescue pregnant. Her babies have been adopted and now its her turn!

A thick 18lbs, she is a typical little chi (huge in her own mind) she is SELECTIVE of other dogs and people. But once you are her person she is very loyal. She does have triggers and behaviors, we assume affiliated with her previous life. She loves to sun bathe and judge you from the other side of the room.
