🐾 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – PLEASE READ! 🐾

At Class Act Canines Grooming, we value your time and appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your furry family members! ❤️

To help us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure we can accommodate as many pups as possible, we are implementing a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy.

✂️ Effective immediately:

🐶 No-Call, No-Show: Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without notifying us will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the missed appointment cost. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

🐶 Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we will always do our best to be understanding when circumstances arise. However, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations leave appointment slots that could have been offered to other clients.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This move allows us to better serve you and your pups with a fresh space, the same loving care, and the high-quality grooming you know and trust. Our goal has always been to provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for every dog that walks through our doors—and this new location is a big step forward!

That’s a wrap folks! It’s been another successful year at Class Act Canines! We couldn’t have done it without our amazing clients and their fur babies, we wish each and every one of you a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

We will be closed Dec 24th-Jan 6th. Feel free to call/text/message during that time, however I will be unable to respond until after Jan. 5th.
